I have a customer who has 3 of these machines. They were all bought at the same time and have all had the same faults occur within days of each other.

The latest issue is a leak from the sump/pump body diaphragm area. I cannot seem to pinpoint the exact area the water is leaking from but i suspect it is the diaphragm itself that has failed, although i can’t see any physical damage on any of them. The drain pump body is screwed onto the bottom of the sump and sealed with a non return diaphragm. The machines are just over a year old so a failure on one machine is acceptable and just one of those things but for 3 machines that have had the same use to fail in exactly the same way seems to be either a manufacturing defect or design flaw.

Has anybody else had a similar experiences with the ZWF Lindo 100 model machines?

Have had problems with the non return flap/diaphragm getting stuck due to lint/gunge build etc, theres no filter on them so if they block at all they leak when it goes to spin as all water is not gone out. They tend to leak there & every one i’ve been to has signs of mounting screws rusted from water leak.
The pump is a bit of a pig to work on, the biggest problem is getting that non return flap to seal again after its been removed, debor glue is recommended..

    Thanks for your reply.

It was the diaphragm that was leaking on all 3 machines. I took the easy option and replaced all three. If they leak again in the future I will use sealer on them. I have a feeling that if anything else goes wrong with them the customer is going to look for replacements.
