    Hi
    The above washing machine is stuck on cycle. No error message at all. I can rotate the programme selection dial and it will change programme but there is a buzzing noise and the door is locked and it will not open or re-start a wash.

    I have tried switching it off to see if it will re set but no joy.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    This is the Zanussi machine that’s made in China. Several issues with these and from your description it could be any one of them. Time to check the motor, pump, drive belt…. The lot really to get to the cause.

    Check the pump is’nt blocked.
