    Hi,

Whenever motor is in circuit, it will immediately always run at max speed.

    Throws up C62 in window.

Can anyone tell me what C62 indicates please.

That’ll actually be E62 = Tacho Triac Broken

    Thanks Martin, much appreciated.

I assume this triac is on the board, is it identifiable and can they be replaced?

Yes to the first part, no to the second.

If you are good with a soldering iron then yes to both.

……then ask yourself ‘I wonder what caused the motor triac to blow anyway……hmmm?’
