Zanussi zwg7120k filter

We have a Zanussi zwg7120k washing machine. It hasn’t been completing washing cycles and we have seen the error code E20 which should indicate a draining problem. We want to start by checking the filter is free of fluff, coins etc. However there is no obvious way to access the filter, no front panel or kick board. I found the manual online and it doesn’t mention this filter at all. So, does this model have a filter for the drain pump, and if so how can we access it? Many thanks for your help!

there are 19 machines with the same model so cannot be accurate. would need the Pnc number to tie it down

If there is a filter it will be between the tub and the pump. find the pump and trace the pipe back. have even seen pumps and filters mounted on the bottom of the tub

No filter for customer to access, they say this machine has a “self cleaning” pump.
