Good morning,

Could someone shed some light on a problem with a recently out of warrant washing machine?

Essentially, on any wash or spin cycle the appliance will simply drain continuously for around one minute before pausing briefly, and then resume draining again.

Water is not drawn, no wash or heat etc.

I have checked the pressure switch, and system which is fine, and suspect the electronic control unit.

I wonder if there is a test procedure, or re-set function for this appliance?

Blockage in pressure vessel/hose, pump housing/filter. Drain pump too weak, drain hose clogged etc, pressure sensor failure, highly unlikely p.c.b.

Appliance has to read zero level before moving on.
Power off and remove pressure hose from pressure sensor, then test on spin to see if it moves on after running drain pump.

I’ve have replaced pumps on a few of these for similar problems, original pump has impeller which is angled off, when replaced with older type pump which has normal type impeller they seem to shift water out quicker.
