my machine stops with 8 minutes left on the timer, the timer then counts down to 1 minute but nothing happens. Error 21 was show once
There is water in the drum
I have checked the drain and also replaced the pump, but still have the same problem.
Not sure if I need to reset the machine, would be grateful for any advice

error 21 is a drain issue

if you fill the machine on a rinse and then stop it and drain it. time it and see how long it takes till the pump changes note, when it draws air when the drum is empty

Thank you Dave, we have put the machine onto rinse and it has drained the machine and spun as it should.
However if I try another wash cycle it will again stop at 9 minutes (not 8) so the pump has done something but not sure where to go now. I appreciate any help

well where i would go is the pressure switch

this switch uses air pressure to sense the water level. to do this it has a chamber at the bottom of the machine to trap air, this air is fed through a thin rubber hose to a switch at the top of the machine. Its possible for this chamber to get gunked up fooling the machine to think its still full

find this chamber and check all is clear but do not blow into the switch

Yes machine heats.
Just triad again and gets to 9 minutes and stops with water in the drum no spin, will count down and stop at 1 minute
if I put onto rinse mode it spins but doesn’t drain
If I put onto drain, machine will drain some of the water
I appreciate all the help you are giving me

Approx 20 mins after drain cycle ends still showing 1 minute the drum goes round couple of times door open flashes, times goes to 9 and I can open the door

Pour a few litres of clean water into the machine, remove the hose from the pressure switch, blow gently downwards through the hose to prove clear then suck on it until you get water and immediately reconnect to the switch.
