Zanussi ZWJ12591W error

Hello,

I’m having a problem identifying the error code on this machine. It pumps out, then fills for a while then drains itself and the timer goes to 1 minute – occasionally it will start to turn, then drain.
I went through the test procedure and it is flashing up EHE – there are 11 red flashes then 14 green. If I turn it to off then to another position it reads ELE.

Any help on this one would be appreciated.

From the manual…….

EHE = “incongruence between the the safety relay (in the PCB) and the safety sensing circuit. Wiring faulty/PCB faulty. Check all connections to ensure the are inserted correctly. Replace main board.

There is NO listing for any error code ELE by the way.

You will always get the ELE code when you turn it on for the first time after being in test mode, just turn it off then on again as it is nothing to worry about.

I had a look at the board and checked the connections at the time, so I’ll assume the module is faulty. I doubt they’ll replace the module given the price.
