    Hi.Went to one of these things today.You switch it on at the plug ,press on/off button wait 8 secs`ish and all the lights light up and it bleebs.door is locked.You cannot set a programme no nothing.Think main pcb is u/s ??as i can`t find anything else wrong with the wretched thing.Prod number if this helps is 914522106/01.Anybody come across this before and do you think i`m right??Thanks.

    Did you do an Insulation test on the Heater?

    It is a zwf1506w not a zwx.No that is one thing i didn`t do that is an insulation test on the element but am going back tomorrow to have another poke about at the m/ch so will check then

    Yes mate I read what it said, but with any Zan it’s the 1st thing I do when they’re going stupid on me.

    Watch out for damp and insulation below 40 megs on htr or mtr.

    Does this also apply to the ZWF14581w where the outlet pump runs continually?

    From past experience it’s something I test on any Zan machine, takes a few seconds but can often save some headscratching.

    if when you press any button machine just beebs and lights flash

    try the following

    disconnect the lead to the front control panel to the main pcb does not matter which end you disconnect all other wires must be intact

    plug machine in
    turn on and wait 5 secs or so
    turn off
    plug lead back in
    turn on and see if it works
