    i tried the search facility but couldnt find mention of this fault.

    customer says its very difficult to get it to start and when it does start it flashes “end of cycle” all through the program.

    check the interface cable between main module and user interface tighten connectors gently wit pliers as they get loose causing strange problems and random error codes i.e E92 etc

    The model number ZWX1600W is not recognised by TDS. 😕 Have you got the PNC number? If so, can you post it and I’ll see what I can find for you. 😉

    tightened connection from display pcb to main pcb it worked a treat thanks everyone.
