Zanussi ZWX1605W all LEDs flashing

Hi, I just changed the draining hose for my washer, during the process had to lay it on one side as the only access for doing it is a door on the bottom of the washer, after finishing tried to put it on but all the LEDs start flashing at once, and no matter what I do, will not respond to any button I press.
Can anyone help me, please?

Likely that either you let water get onto the electronic p.c.b or dislodged some of the wiring.
All I can advise is that you switch it off, on & off again to see if it clears.
Access is by removing the rear half, for the next time you try it.
