Zanussi ZWX1605W washing machine error codes.

Zanussi ZWX1605W comes up with just the end led lighting up and the alarm going on & off? tried holding the start/pause button and skip/reset button whilst switching on the mains.
Scans through all the led’s but when you press for the second row column led all the lights go on the right hand side?

All stay on and cannot get anything else, anybody with an idea to what the problem is. Power off then back on and just the “End” led stays on and the buzzer drives the owners nuts.
Customer who will watch my every move so would like an idea where to start looking.

All you need to do then my brick flinging friend is to count the flashes of that End LED as that at least will give you the first digit of the error code. What is it? 😀

Hi Martin

The end LED stays on constantly when powered up from the mains.
The whole set of LED’s light up on the last column on the right of the panel and stay constantly lit when trying to get into the error codes.
Cannot get any of the LED’s to flash at all.

FlyingBrick by the way is my BMW K100RS 1985 motorbike known as the brick due to the 4 cylinders on the side and it looks just like that from the kerbside of the road. Honest!

Have you checked the heater and motor for earth leaks and such? Otherwise is seems the main board has gone AWOL. But something must have caused it if it has.

Motor and element ok but then told some water had got inside the washing machine? Plumber had been round the back to put in a new soldered elbow joint that broke off. Mmmmm.
Sounds like a new PCB module as the one inside has lovely run marks on it. Hence nothing working but a Christmas tree of LED’s.
Would have been nice if they had informed me of the 15mm pipe leak in the first place soaking the kitchen out.
