Zanussi ZX56/4W Fridge freezer problem

The freezer is working fine but the fridge is not cooling. I can hear what sounds like the compressor noise all the time. Any ideas what the problem is? Thanks Tony

Is it a frost free fridge freezer?
if it is then you probably have to switch it off for 24 hrs and then switch it back it on.
If not then usually gas leaks in the fridges.I have seen Zanussi fridges just over a year’s old and same problem with them.

Reason why this normaly happens is because of the internal cooling system.

Thanks for info. It is a frost free model. Problem was a faulty defrost timer. Tony
