Zanussi ZX79/5SI Firdge Freezer

Hi,

Any ideas/ help with the following;

Have ZX79 which until recently was working fine, now temperature alarm has started bleeping and everything is defrosting.

Have switched fridge off/on to resett alarm, motor runs but fridge does not cool.

Doors are shut, or at least seem tight + there’s an alarm for this, its not bleeping, so ok I guess.

I have been told there is a timer for ‘frost free’ working which maybe causing the problem or that drains could be blocked???

Any help would be appreciated.

pull out the salad drawer and you will find a label with this on.
