Zanussi ZX97/5Si

Hi everyone,

My zanussi ZX97/5Si had a milk leak which froze on the freezer seal breaking the seal. The fridge door open alarm is solid red and the main fridge light doesnt go on. There is a buzzing noise from the electrical intake box at the bottom left rear of the fridge. Any idea’s?

You carnt replace the door seal you have to replace the entire door and what you describe as the electrical intake box is in fact the main pcb it could be that the bulb/bulb socket has blown the relay on the pcb.
