Zanussi ZX99 wurring noise

Hi, don’t know if anyone has the same problem or knows what needs to be done to fix it.
I had a new part fitted last week (the bit behind the lights at the top) as all the lights kept coming on and the alarm buzzing for 10 minutes, then the condenser would switch in and everything went back to normal. You couldn’t switch the machine off with the green light, and the guy that came to fix it said it was this part that needed replacing.
All fixed – no
6 hours later I had the same problem, but then it seemed to right itself and hasn’t reoccured since.
HOWEVER, now it makes a wurring noise as if it’s trying to start up, it then stops, and then starts again …….. and this goes on for hours and hours …… stop start stop start. It’s driving me mad !!!!!!!!!!
Am I making any sense to anyone ??? anyone any ideas???

You’ll have to help us here with the PNC from the rating plate as there’s no less than nine versions of this machine. 😕

Looks to be a frost free frezer though so the noise is liable to be the fan motor or an ice build up or, possibly, compressor noise.
