    hi all cust says that all the lifgts are flashing it done this about 3 weeks ago he turned off then back on and all as been fine. i need to know if this is a fault code or what.

    Hi Chris,
    Usually this is the thermistor in the freezer duct that causes this error.

    thanx for reply andy any part nos etc handy. if not is there just one thermistor or more like on a hotpoint ❓

    Hi,
    The model number you provided is incomplete and really better off with the PNC. There is only one thermistor in the freezer duct.
