Zanussi zyb594x oven error C37

Hi I am going to the above oven where the customer says the only way she can turn off the oven is by switching it off at the wall and when she turns it back on this is on the display. C37 0178 and a clock symbol I don’t know if the c37 is the error or is it everything that’s on the display.
Has anyone got any info on this?

from what i can see C37 0178 is the programming code
