Zanussu WJS1397 W, Motor help

Please can you help.
The machine program stopped advancing, turning knob by hand got it to fill and drain but no agitation or spins. Checked motor going through the programs without drive belt, didnt run at all. Brushers are fine only 10 months old.
could it be the motor as washer is +- 10 years old. If so how can i test it to see if its the problem, or could it be the capacator. I dont have a wiring diagram or required specs.
Would it maybe be something else.
Fitted new bearings 6 months ago so would live to save the old lady.

It does sound like a motor issue sadly and, that ain’t cheap.

I assume you’ve checked the motor plug etc.

The motor is controlled by the circuit board at the bottom rear left corner so it could also be that at fault rather than the motor
