Zanuusi DA6152 Dishwasher

I have been out to above dishwasher not heating, I have checked heating element and it is okay. If I connect meter to wiring get 240volt when element cycle comes on but when I connect element it does not work.I have tried new element but still no joy.

Have you checked the control module for dry joints, very common on heater relay, a blob of solder or a bridge link usually does the trick.

Isn’t there an integral safety on top of the heater tube?

😯 Might be worth checking door switch, seen a few on meltdown. It maybe fine on low current, but just can’t deliver heater demand current.
