Hi i have a problem with this dishwasher. it gets stuck on the programs advances on to the heat cycle heats up but wont go on any more it just keeps going and going. I have tested the heater and seems ok the stat on the side of the heater clicks approx every 30 seconds turning the heater on and off. Does this sound like a timer sticking or a faulty thermostat?thanks

does the rest of the programmes work after the heat? and at the last hot rinse?. if these o.k. then i would be looking at slow fills, time out. or low water levels. hope this helps.. somewhere to start from..

The stat on the side of the heater is normally the overheat stat which will cut the power to the element then as soon as it cools it will switch back on. You need to find the normal wash stat or thermistor wich will be located somewhere away from the element.

Just looked at the general spares list. The stat or thermistor is probably attached to the side of the sump. Do you have the PNC number? 🙂
