hi guys hope you can help, i have one of these cookers, problem is the oven burner has incomplete combustion, the flame has a lot of orange especially around the edges of the burner there is also a sound as tho its struggling for air.

i have changed the burner, gas tap/stat, oven burner and jet

i am hitting a brick wall, for some reason there is no service manual on procorner for this, all i can find is a manual on the clock.

any help as always is greatly appreciated

Sounds like it my not be getting enough air, the primary air intake is from the rear, sometimes the insulation can foul it. Also if burner is not fitted correctly & is to far to the right ( to near jet) it can cause bad flame. Does it still have orange flame with oven door open?

yeah still orange with door open tbh i think its worse with door open, the burner screws into a bracket so dont think i could have it on wrong.

i will have a look for insualtion, i agree it seems an air issue just not sure where to start.
