Just fitted a new heater element to this machine (previous element had blown)which is now displaying fault code E52 (five red flashes, two green flashes). I have checked all components, they are all good. (Unless I missed something). Does this mean there is still another fault, or does the machine need a reset? If so, how?

As you probably know E52 relates to a motor tacho problem. Have you checked that out?

No not yet. I’ll do that tomorrow. Thanks.

Turns out new element wiring was configured differently to the old one. Re-arranged the spade connectors in the connection block and now all is well. 😀
