got this d/w that wont fill just pumps out and stops,tried new valve,no water in base, 😕

Switch it on and leave it for 5 minutes and see if it works. It may be doing a full sensor check.

Sounds like PCB or pressure switch. Run it through diagnostics is your best bet.
