Znaussi under double oven

PNC:944171506

client was using when clock illumination went out

now nothing working in top oven/grill and clock dead

bottom oven working ok

cooker is 13 months old

does clock operate only the top oven and grill

if anyone has a wiring diagram it would be appreciated

check your email for diagram.
at 13 months old it could always be the old installers not tightening link screws in the terminal block one.

thanks for circuit info..will check out voltage at clock and mains connection..
