Zunussi ZCE7610W free standing cooker

Hi, I think the thermostat has gone on the oven, the element went bang a few weeks ago which I have replaced and since then the oven is getting really hot but it doesn’t think it’s getting hot. I don’t normally burn things!! Is it easy to replace?

Thermostat failure sounds perfectly reasonable – p/no 3890771-24/3 – spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get you one promptly.

However…. This is not a straightforward operation. The hob top has to come off to allow access, as well as the back cover of the machine. It is basicaly lots of screws, an orderly approach and patience. If you’re going to have a crack, take pictures, make diagrams and take your time.

Power off, obviously!
