zwd 16581 washer dryer just shos error in display

hi this machine just shows error and doesnt seem to want to go into diagnostics suspect usual pcb , allso noticed its asealed tub variety i think zanusie are now worse than hopmerloni i tried door lock and checked al usuall things ie pumps heater motor even visual inspection of control panels its only 2/3 yrs old any help appreciated

Module stuffed but also you need to find the cause? Interloc? Motor? Heater? are main suspects. Personally I would offer the customer a fitting funeral service with all the trimmings attached for a modest extra fee of course. 😉

my sentiments entirely will offer them a quality machineas the risk of bearing failure is high due to it being so old …… ie lg, daewoo, ise10

dont scrap it just yet the most common fault by far are the dryer elements going short circuit this scrambles electronics. Easeist way of finding out jst disconnect the element if it works normally hey presto.

it wasnt dryer heaters assumed module faulty as tested all components customer happy to purchase ise 10 ,zanusie and other manufacturers will reap a heavy loss of sales due to their short sighted and greedy attempts to force customers to insure or replace machines by making them uneconomical repairs
