ZWF 1220W w/m leak/spin problems

My Zanussi washing machine leaks from underneath at the point where it should drain and then spin. I then hear the machine attempting to spin but it doesn’t manage to, because it didn’t empty properly. I have cleaned the dispenser draw and also cleaned out the drain pump at the front. There was not much in there as I clean it out on a regular basis anyway. None of this made any difference. The machine has only ever had very light use. I really need to fix it if I can. Any help would be much appreciated.

I meant to say I cleaned the drain pump filter, not the drain pump itself.

Maybe theres a blockage in the sump hose or drain hose.

Thanks. I will check the drain hose. I am not sure where to find the sump hose.
