My goodness Clockwork your working day is plagued with problems isn’t it? So many in fact I’m thinking you’re gonna have to take a break and chill out a while over Christmas. 😉
The good news on this one is that you only need to access ‘diagnostics’ to get a better idea of what the last fault was. That way you can put your finger on the subject. Failing that….take the sump hose off and have a good look at the pump.
Fish tank decorative stones may be lurking…… 😈

You will probably find the service manual on Connect website.
Sounds as if it may be aborting program and draining as they do sometimes for certain faults. It’s all there in the manual somewhere.
I haven’t bought any spares (as trade) from Connect for about a year but the website does still come in useful sometimes.

Thank you both for replies.Had another look today. Ran diag and last error was E66 heater relay or element.Element tested previously and again today all good, res and ins.Ran a 95 wash and called back later. It completed this no prob.Thinking pcb due to the erratic nature of faulting.

Changing heater relay is an easy job. Just five legs to unsolder and then wriggle it a bit like pulling a tooth. It’ll probably be labelled RL1 but you can figure out which one it is by seeing where the tracks from the heater connections go. Cut the top off the old one and look inside it to confirm your diagnosis.
