    Been at a Zanussi ZWF1270W customer complaining of when she washes usualy super quick wash it washes for about 7 mins then drains and does nothing elsle and the start/pause light is flashing, i was thinking must be a valve fault but they test out okay, chacked wiring but seems to be okay can anybody help please cheers JJ

    Hi

    Is it ZWF12070 /?

    I have sent you an email which I hope will help. You will need to go into service mode to check for fault code. If there is no fault code look for earth leakage on heater and motor. ( there are times that it will fault without giving code for this)
    It sounds like it is detecting a fault and then carrying out safety drain.
