she says it takes the softner before it should so the gear is not soft its had a new top part dispenser, any ideas

……but first, who changed the “top” and why?
Have you tested it yourself?
Unless it is overfilled when the drawer is shut the chances of it happening are calculated (by BetFred.comgivemeyourmoney) as 7 to 2 on!
Water pressure, high or low?

the top was all black and blocked i changed it 2 months ago i will check water pressure

I’ve had a run of these lately dopper. It’s almost always customer overfilling.
