Found the leak! The rotating spray bar had somehow managed to slacken the securing nut inside the dish washer and as a result the seal was leaking. Tightened her up and that appears to have resolved the problem.
I’m now being told that it doesn’t appear to be washing the dishes as well as it once did. Could this be something I’ve done or is it due to the wash tablets she’s now using in light of the advice you gave 😕 (Hardly a technical question I know, but I thought I should ask).

Cheers for the pointers Jim :tright:

A quick visit this evening confirmed that the base of the machine is filling up with water. I drained it off and the machine worked I also gave it a quick examination to see if there was any obvious leaks, to which I couldn’t find anything. Anyway, I’ve just had a call to say it has stopped again with the same fault being displayed so its going to have to wait until Saturday when the kids are out.

Thanks for your help in pointing me in the right direction. One more question if I may, do you know if there is anything that is prone to leaking on them?

    Mike
