    Got the replacement element today. Fitted in 10 minutes and oven is working perfectly again now.

    Thanks for the help.

    I finally got around to taking a look and yes the outer loop on the upper element has gone open circuit. It looks fairly easy to remove/replace so now I need to find one – the “Shop” only appears to sell fan elements so any ideas where I could get one online please?
