I know one thing, if you have good engineers, don’t loose them, you will be hard placed to replace them. This is based on local knowledge and I can only assume it’s national.

Thats very intresting we have had an advert in the local job centre for one year for an engineer we had one applicant.
this applicant was happy with the rates we were offering him when he was asked if he had his own transport he replied a push bike.
is it that there is not enough engineers out there or is it that they have all been shafted one way or another and they dont want to get back in it.
