Re: Bosch washer/dryer inlet valve wiring

Gave it a tap last night and think I made it worse! Woke up this morning to water all over my kitchen floor. Going to order a new valve ASAP.

    Thanks for your help

I take it back! Think your right. Taken the hose off again it it is trickling water. So where does this water go? Surely I should have noticed a build up of water in the drum? Or does it go into the condenser then drain from there? But if that’s the case why do I get so much in the drum after drying and getting a code.

Not questioning your diagnosis, I just like to get me head round these things

    Thanks for your help

Removed the hose to check the valve and it seems ok as no leaks. With a multi meter I have also checked voltage across the terminals. 240v across the condenser valve when in dry mode, nothing on the other 2. Also checked resistance with wires removed and got 3.6 ohms across the first 2 valves (both black) 4.2 ohms across the condenser valve (white). I presume the colour of the valves is code for resistance values?

This time the machine stopped with a f17 code?
