For anyone else with the same problem:
You need to remove the top of the drier (2 screws at the rear).
Remove the left hand side cover (looking from the back) – 4 screws.
Unscrew the capacitor retaining nut from the back of the drier, disconnect the 2 spade connectors.
Install new capacitor in reverse order of above procedure!
Literally a 5 minute job which fixed the problem for £9.07 including P&P and VAT.

Hi All
Just updating to say “success”. Received a new capacitor today from Rapid Electronics. £2.77+vat.
It’s a 10Mfd 450v type with a tolerance of +-5{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}.Fitted it within 5 minutes and Tumble drier now works better than it’s ever done!
Hi Graham, I have exactly the same problem with the same model, could you let me know the part number of the capacitor that you ordered please?
