I have this machine. If at the end of the wash cycle(if used) you want it to go straight to dryer turn the smaller of the 2 dials to the time you want to dry for. It will auto cut in for you.
If just using the dryer make sure the larger(right hand side)knob is stopped at the bold line (usually on mine next to D at 6 o’clock position) and turn the left/smaller dial to time required. I usually only use the right hand settings..press the power button/far left button on and in a second or two the light under the small dial should illuminate and the dryer start.
