I also have a similar problem. We have recently moved into a property with an arrow oven installed also with no mannual.
The added complexity we face is that the previous owner must have been a bit of a zealous cleaner as all the pictures on the dial have been wiped off.
Can anyone tell me what all the different positions are? I.e 12 o’clock is off. Then one twist left is fan assisted oven, two twists left is grill etc etc. Anyones help is greatly appreciated as to buy a new oven to replace a perfectly fine working oven just because the pictures have been wiped off the dial seems ridiculous!!!
