I eventually found it through the link, was onte electrolux website!!

doesnt look like it does, only shows the intial of how long it tkaes for the programme!! daft I think

<> hold on just read thr manual and it says this “After the programme has started, the time remaining is updated every minute.” but on another external website it showed that it didnt have the time countdown!! mmm

Id rather have the 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} anyway as will be more off!

Zanussi website is rubbish, Im trying to compare the diffeerent dryers but its only the very basic specs it lists, which are all the same on the machines!!

can you help model by model wise on them?

<> Ive just ordered the Zanussi ZWD12270W. thanks for your help

now to get rid of the other washer!! – shall I strip anythigng off it or just dump it?

    cheers

to be honest we wont use the dryer much, but its handy to have it there for the winter, we have 2 kids and so its hard with all the washing.

Talking to the wife (who uses the washer, me not;)
she doesnt actaully use many programs on washers, the “normal” wash, a spin programme, and sometimes a qucik wash/freshen up, she never uses the “special” settings/programmes you get, so more important is reliability, cost etc.

What she does like is the countdown LED display that we currently have to see when its finished, I cant find the manual for the Zanussi ZWD12270W, I know it has an LED display but doesnt say about what it shows – do you know

thanks again for your help and the 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off, I think its a defo order, gotta order it tonight

ps couldnt get the Free delivery link to work, I was gonna try and use both but even just the free delivery one I couldnt get to work

pps I cant download any manual for a Zanussi washer from the zanussi site. seems daft, i want to confirm hat the lcd timer shows remaining time on it, where can i get the user manual?

    cheers 😉

ok Ive re-assesed and on your advice I think Im gonna go for the Zanussi (sorry money is tight) Zanussi ZWD12270W

Is this an ok machine? I take it Zanussi’s are a little better than the Indesit/hotpoint/servis machines?

AEG-Zanussi it says onthe site, and AEG are good are they I think – so Zanussi must have an influence frm the AEG machines? maybe?

Re: Washer broke!! 3years old, used everyday shall I buy new

    thanks for the link!!

I know they are not the best washers, but I ned to order today now, and with a 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off and a 3 year warranty I cant really look to go anywhere else.

I think to get the 3 year warranty you have to pay outright for it.

so it is goosed then, I was ready ot have a go tomorrow at it and check things but you reckon itss the board then its a no go,

does the flashy led mean anything? is it a show of no good machine, cant remember if it always did this or not.

I dont really want to spend too much though can you have a look on, on Empire here and suggest some? as I say reason Im picking Empire is I have an edExtra card so will get a 3 year warranty with the washer/dryer.

    http://empiredirect.co.uk/content/produ … r~pAsc.htm

any help appreciated, also on the exsisting washer a swell

    thanks

you think its the board, ah thats a show stopper then defo a new washer.

Only theing to add, is that on the digi diaplay where it shows you the time left, it has a small flashing LED, which I cant remember used to flash constantly all the time before.

As soon a s you switch it on it flashes away.

    Any recomendations please?

surely they washerdryer’s are better now? I would prefer one of these for space saving really, We wouldnt use the dryer that much really but still nice to have

As I say if I buy form Empire, I can get a 3 year warranty free with the washer/dryer, so even if I buy a cheap one, will hopefully work for 3 years at least?

as I say recommend please, Im a bit skint a t mo as just got married and aying off everythng now! ;(

    cheers

    its a Servis M6160

The cycle starts, fills with water, spins very slow, then water emptyies ok, digi display says END, and thats it…

Is 3 years the end of its life you think? I need a quick descion as cant not have a washer. Its been used prob nearly everyday as 2 adults and 2 kids in this house.

Im also looking at the Indesit WiDl 126S,as a replacment its only £250 and I will get a 3 year warranty?

    please help asap

    cheers
