Thanks for your help. The spray arms were not being impeded when it hung up on several occasions and with different loads. However I’ve been pressing various combinations of buttons to try and reset it as per this forum and thought I’d just give it a try and hey presto! it has worked through a full cycle twice now! Don’t know why it has started working or how long it will last …. but thanks to everyone who has helped with this, much appreciated.
Just hope it stays this way!

Hi again, thanks for that.
I have tried the reset procedure you stated when I read it on this forum yesterday but this model has 5 programme buttons and no lights come on at all (other than the power on light) when the door is opened and any other buttons are pressed. Which of the 5 programme buttons do I press? perhaps I’m pressing the wrong one?
It was not the dishwasher that tripped the electric but a faulty iron!! It’s been a bad week! That’s fixed now and the dishwasher makes two so what’s next after this I wonder?
We also looked inside the door at the wiring looms and pcb nothing appeared to have burnt out on the pcb and no signs of loose wires or chaffing at the door hinge area.
Thanks for your time.
Best regards

Hi thanks for your prompt reply. In my dishwasher manual code E3 says it is not able to pump out the water. Is there a reset procedure for this model? we have had the electricity tripped a couple of times prior to this fault. I see from the forum the reset procedures do not seem to work for this model is it different for this one? we also have flushed out both spray arms late last night and all seemed OK with them.
Thanks for all you help.
