Hey Dave,
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, it’s not resettable – the photo is a bit misleading.
That ‘hole’ is filled. I wonder if the housing is shared with some that are resettable, and they fill it for ones that aren’t.

If you get the chance to find the part number that would be amazing thank you.
I opened all of the Hotpoint thermostats on the selling page here, and couldn’t see the right model.
