or temperature sensor perhaps?
Can’t see how a heating element can go wrong (cos I don’t know what i’m talking about perhaps 😀 )
Won’t it be the power supply to said element??Answers ( and correction on my electrical engineering ignorance) most appreciated,
cheers, Andy.ap1

Aah, UPDATE.
After above mentioned programme finished complete cycle.
I unplugged, took back off, checked over wiring, earths etc, no visual problems, no apparent wiring breaks- connections to heating element all intact.
Replaced panel, plugged in
Set to quick wash but this time on 30 deg’s.
10 mins in – flashing lights door and 2/3/4 led’s.Heating element perhaps??
cheers, Andy

my good man you are a genius 😯
I’ve just set it to a quick wash but on cold and i’ts gone through the full programme with no problems !!!
Heater problem it is, question now is which wires to check or is it a case of a new heating element ??
Any ideas?.
Great website and thanks “helo_75”, top man. 🙂

ParticipantRe: indesit wil 133
hi there all,
i’ve noticed a few problems with the flashing led’s & door light for various indesit models. I’ve added this question here as not to start a new thread.I also have the WIL133 uk model and have the flashing light problem.
As far as I can remember all the led’s flashed with the door light.
As stated in the manual, I unplugged and left. I plugged back in and set a new programme running. The machine pumps in water (including into the powder slot), after filled the load starts but will not go past the wash cycle and continues to turn & turn (as per normal ) with the soapy water.
I’ve checked the filter – all fine. Water pipes- fine
The machine will spin & pump out (when set seperately) and I’ve checked the belt from motor to drum – fine. Why will the machine not continue through the wash cycle??
I’m guessing a pcb fault or wire break 😡 will be the answer?
Any answers most appreciated, thanks Andy. -
