ParticipantRight, looked for the box, must have binned it.
Closed up the clip so that the stat was held firmly against the door and checked all connections. Still no good, dish was trips out with the 2 & 4 lights, you open it up and its steaming hot and everything is super clean.
One thing I maybe should say is that if you compare PCBs old and new, I cannot match up any numbers at all between the pair.

Yep, done all that, confirmed by serial number with espares for the PCB, perhaps the sensor has come adrift? Will check and report back.
