thanks for your speedy response. The 949 number is 949710770.
I have checked the door seal and it looks ok. I have felt all round the door and can feel no flow of air when the oven is on. There is a consistent pattern of it being hotter at the top and left. My wife tried to roast some potatoes in the middle with nothing else in the oven and those on the left were more done than those on the right.
Have you seen the current Zanussi model of built-in oven ? The backplate rework and fan positioning is where I would locate them if I was experiencing the problem I am getting.
