far to quick for me 😆I’ve not yet had chance to try the machine without any clothes in it!
The friction dampers are intact its just that one of the plastic pins had fallen out of the drum end, refitted the pin to reattach the damper to the drum.
Appliance is level and washing full loads, but not too full obviously.
Cannot locate any foreign objects and no noise’s that sound like foreign objects, its just that the drum is really loose.
I’ve checked the springs and the dampers, all seem okay.
I thought that there may have been some plastic “locators” in the transit bolt holes, just to prevent front to back movement from being excessive. It seems like I may have to bite the bullet and PAY for an engineer to come out and have a look! Can you recommend anybody in the Peterborough area?
thanks to all for they’re assistance

Thanks for getting back to me so quick iadom,
Its a TPG type, Ive checked and the concrete weights are secure. Drum is smooth, bearings okay. Is it normal to have enough movement front to back that the top balance weight can make contact with the outer casing of the machine?
I’ve noticed there are three points on the back of the drum that look like they could be for supports, but there’s nothing there, possibly these are just locators for when the machine is in transit and removed when first installed?
I could post a picture of the machine internals maybe you could compare it to the diagram?
