Another question ?

a. Whats a “NTC (feeler) device” then ?

b. The machine is making a knocking/banking noise right at the bottom of the machine, in the “workings” of it. When you take the kitchen kick board off you can feel the vibration of the knocking on the bottom of the machine. The noise is in a rhythm, as if a belt or something has fallen off. Any ideas ?
