I am having this exact issue! Is the fix something you think I could attempt on my own or would I need an engineer. I had cleared the filter previously- but the drain hose seemed to just clip into place so not sure which part you’re referring to- or if that’s internal?

Having read this I feel like there may be light at the end of the tunnel after some very unhelpful responses from AEG!
