It’s not outside, but it’s in the back room of an old terrace house, there are 3 external walls and it is difficult to keep the room warm…

Well 3 months on and the fridge is playing up again 🙁

It’s cool, but not as cool as i tihnk it should be, and it’s pretty cold outside anyway, but the high temp light is flashing ❗ I’ve tried searching to see if i can find out what this means, but haven’t found that information yet, if any of you goes could let me know that would be great.

I’d just like to say thanks for the excellent advice and service from you on here, my part arrived and i fitted it yesterday evening and the fridge is now cold again 🙂

Thanks for the confirmation Dave.

I’ve just taken the back panel off from the freezer compartment, doesn’t look like there is too much of an ice buildup. It seems the fan is spinning up for like 3-4 seconds after the fridge door is shut and then shutting down again, would this be indicative of the thermistors?

If so i’ll be placing my order…

edit: What is the best procedure to check the baffle flaps are open? The baffle housing seems quite cold…

Hi Guys,

I’m having a similar problem to nearly everyone else on here, the freezer is running fine, but the fridge is sitting at room temp.

Model is as above FF78P, i’ve read through nearly all of the posts i can find on here relating to ‘Mistral’ and have a good idea where to start when i get home from work this evening.

One question though, the part numbers for teh 2 thermistors that seem to be given out quite often as being the cause for this type of problem, when reading about them in the shop@, FF78 isn’t listed as a supported model, is this model different to all of the others, or would the same thermistors be applicable?
