I have a little electrical know how but not really tackled ovens before!

I put pressure on the side of the timer unit and for a few minutes it all sprung back to life so I am convinced it is the culprit in this case. Going to remove some panels as I suspect a loose connection or faulty unit.

Thanks Martin. As I know nothing about this sort of thing your comment is as much use as a poke in the eye 🙂

really appreciate the reply but was wondering if I could test or by-pass the part to make sure it is that part required.

Quick update if anyone can help, the clock/timer has come back on intermittently with my Fonzie style thumping of the oven!

Is there any way to check this out prior to me ordering parts?

Or is it possible to by-pass the unit to get the oven running until I can get the parts?
