    We carry out repairs for DAG and have done for several years now. Work dropped off for a time and then started coming through RC at lower rates. They are now implementing a new system and have started passing us lots more work. I presume they are going back to independents hence gathering of info.

    If your new clock also keeps reseting look at the power to your clock from the terminal block or even power from your cooker switch.That is where i would start.
