    the fact it will work again after unplugging the board may indicate a short somewhere or at least the issue may not be the board directly try a reset similar to the function test but turn off the machine press and hold just the start button the turn the power back on while holding the start button down for a further 3 seconds then release cant see this working in your case but worth a try check for loose connections or worn wires in the door at the bottom too

    Hi can I ask if you press the programme button will it allow you to change the programme?

    If it wont you probably have a control board fault

    If it will select programme 5 then turn off the power button
    press and hold the start button while turning the power back on after 2-3 seconds release the start button the programme lights should flash then go to ready this should reset the machine.

    now before trying it again I would suggest checking drain pipe and waste for any blockage also check and clean out your filter inside if you haven’t already

    Hi

    pump could be loose or something may have been dropped into the pump by mistake which would explain it not working correctly
